Introduction to module

In this module we will be looking at the strand units of light, sound and heat as they pertain to the various classes.

However, firstly we will examine the process of classroom planning for success in science. A good plan brings all the elements of working scientifically, content area investigations, resources and assessment together into a seamless lesson or unit of work.

In looking at the planning of the teacher’s work, we will deal with

  • Planning a unit of work
  • Integrated learning
